Baby & Child Sleep Consultant in Brighton

Tiny baby trouble
Are all the babies in your antenatal group sleeping —except yours? Maybe you have a 'velcro' baby who won't be put down; one who sleeps in 20-45 minute cycles or has screaming fits at bedtime.
Are your days spent feeding, rocking, bouncing with the sling, or walking for hours with the pram? Do you feel exhausted, overwhelmed and too tired to Google - never mind implement a plan?
Or perhaps you’re not struggling too much right now but want to prevent bad habits from creeping in, take control, and feel confident in your approach. Either way, I can help.

ABOUT Jen
I’ve always been someone who needs their sleep. I’m just not built to function without it. But more than that, I need time for myself: time for my work, evenings out, and fun that doesn’t revolve around my kids. I LOVE being a parent, but I enjoy it so much more when I’ve slept and had a bit of time to reset.
Some might call this attitude selfish, but I’ve never once felt guilty about it—because the people who benefit most from it are the children. Little ones thrive when they’re well-rested. They’re calmer, happier, more curious, more confident. They get the best version of me, and I get the best version of them.
Unlike many sleep consultants, my journey didn’t begin in the depths of sleep deprivation. I didn’t spend months exhausted before hiring someone to step in. Not because my babies were naturally good sleepers (they definitely weren’t!)—but because I knew sleep mattered. I wanted to understand it properly, not just muddle through and hope for the best.
And once I did, I became completely absorbed in the subject. I read everything I could—books, studies, articles, opposing viewpoints. I wanted to understand what worked, what didn’t, and why. The more I learned, the more fascinated I became. I kept digging, exploring different methods, and connecting the dots until it all made sense. Eventually, I started sharing what I’d learned on social media, and things grew from there.
I never planned to become a sleep consultant. I was just helping friends, then friends-of-friends… and before long, I had a full-blown business on my hands, all through word of mouth.
Now, I work with families who want clarity, practical strategies, and results—without fluff or guilt. If this sounds like you, we’re the right fit.
You didn’t become a parent to survive. You became one to live.
